The standard lead time is 4 weeks from the moment we receive all the required specifications from you.

The payment terminal is installed inside the machine. It is purchased through us, so the only thing the client needs to do is sign a contract with the payment agent. We guide the client through the entire process and install the terminal in the machine, so it arrives fully equipped with a working payment system.

The Bouquetmat can be equipped with a terminal for cashless payments only, or with both a terminal and cash module. Payments can be made using a payment card, BLIK, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Using the K6 PRO model as an example: Nominal power is 600W, and the average monthly energy consumption (in mixed environment conditions) is 185 kWh.

The manufacturer provides a warranty and service during the warranty period. For example:

META model: 24-month warranty, extendable up to 10 years. During the warranty period, we provide service within 24 hours.
PRO model: 24-month warranty, extendable up to 15 years. During the warranty period, we provide service within 12 hours.

The PRO, META, and ONE models are designed to operate in full sunlight, including south-facing exposure.
