While many of the features of our BouquetMats are already well-known and appreciated by customers across Poland, there is still a wide range of innovative solutions that remain largely undiscovered. Over the past three years of rapid development, we have created more than 60 different enhancements—not only improving user convenience but also highlighting the technological and aesthetic sophistication of our machines. Each of these elements is the result of passionate teamwork, financial investment, and a deep commitment to developing a product that stands out in every way. This article is your guide to everything that makes our BouquetMats exceptional—including features you may not have heard of yet.

PREMIUM Composite Canopy

Made of steel and composite materials, protecting the customer from weather conditions, partially protecting from the sun.

Additional Charge for PREMIUM Canopy – Black Tempered Glass

Made of steel and filled with 8mm thick tempered glass. The glass is black and creates a black mirror effect reflecting the flower cabinets.

Standard Graphic Personalization

Standard graphic personalization includes the preparation of a design according to one of 26 graphic templates. The template includes your logo, contact details, social media addresses, QR codes. Additionally, a 3D visualization is prepared. Personalization also includes impact-resistant foil, UV print (color does not fade from the sun over the years), special vulcanized anti-graffiti coating (protects the print from being damaged by spray paint), hot application service, and filling all construction joints.

PREMIUM graphic personalization includes everything from point 7, with the difference that the design is unique and created from scratch according to your specifications.

Non-Standard Exterior Color

The standard exterior color of the flower vending machine is black Luxury Black, but the machine takes on the color of the veneer and graphic design printed on the machine. In the standard, apart from the veneer, elements such as the canopy, aggregate covers, plinths, and the back of the machine remain visible in black. In the case of a non-standard color, the entire machine is painted (including the canopy, aggregate covers, plinths, and back) in any chosen RAL color.

Non-Standard Interior Color

The standard colors of the cabinets inside are black Luxury Black and white Ice White. If you choose this option, the cabinets are painted in any chosen RAL color.

Wood Imitation in Cabinets

Instead of a solid color in the cabinets, you can choose a wood effect of any species and shade.

Custom Logo in Boxes

Standardly, the back of each cabinet has a tulip pattern cut out, which serves as one of the ventilation points. You can replace the tulip pattern with any graphic pattern, e.g., your logo or custom graphic signet.

Illuminated Logo in Boxes

Illuminated logo or signet in the cabinets is the above-mentioned option from point 12, but the pattern provided by you is additionally illuminated, e.g., a glowing logo on the back of each cabinet.

Interface Personalization

On the start screen of the touchscreen interface for operating the flower vending machine, your large logo and graphic theme are uploaded, with buttons on the background. The logo also accompanies each subsequent subpage in a smaller version in the upper right corner of the screen.

Custom Controller Module Placement

Standardly, the controller module is located on the right side of the flower vending machine (viewed from the front). If you choose this option, we can place the controller module in any location, e.g., on the left side or in the middle of the machine between the cabinet modules. The controller module is the vertical part of the machine where all electronics, payment terminal, and touchscreen are located.

Windbreaks

Glass elements “wings” placed on the sides of the flower vending machine protecting the user from wind and driving rain during bouquet purchase. Windbreaks are made of 30% thick tempered glass. Available both without print and with white printed motifs. Printed white motifs ensure excellent visibility. This addition improves the overall image of the flower vending machine and emphasizes its PREMIUM status.

Illuminated Front Sign

Main advertisement placed on the canopy of the flower vending machine from its front side. It is a board with an illuminated motif and/or your flower shop logo. The most commonly used illuminated pattern is the inscription “Flower vending machine 24H”, but many customers choose their own personalized graphic pattern/text with which they identify.

Additional Illuminated Sign in the Form of a Circle

Additional illuminated sign most often in the form of a circle, on which the flower shop logo is usually placed. This sign can take any shape and be placed in any location but is always attached to the main front sign.

Illuminated Sign “180” (front + back)

Additional sign (same as the main front sign from point 17) placed on the canopy at the back of the flower vending machine. It is an illuminated advertisement visible from the back of the machine. The pattern can be different from the main front sign, but usually, customers choose the same pattern.

Illuminated Sign “270” (front + side + side)

Additional signs placed at the top of the canopy on its left and right sides. These are illuminated advertisements that continue “on the sides” of the main front sign. Usually used in places where it is important for the side of the flower vending machine to be well visible.

Illuminated Sign “360” (front + side + side + back)

Illuminated signs placed on the canopy around the flower vending machine. It is a continuation of the main front sign on all sides of the device. Used in cases where the flower vending machine is not installed against a wall, and the customer wants the machine to be perfectly visible from all sides.

Illuminated Side Panel Left / Illuminated Side Panel Right

Very effective illuminated side panel, which is an excellent additional advertising surface. Made in the form of an additional body with subtly rounded edges, which integrates with the entire flower vending machine. Thanks to this, the entire device gains additional prestige. Chosen by customers who particularly want to increase the visibility of the flower vending machine from its side.

Side Lighting Left / Side Lighting Right

Special additional LED lighting hidden under the canopy but illuminating the graphics on the sides of the flower vending machine. Cannot be used together with points 22 and 23.

3D BOX Light – LED 3D Effect

Additional light sources placed in front and around the cabinets. This creates a depth of light effect in the cabinets, the so-called “3D mirror effect”. This effect emphasizes the high quality and value of the bouquets. 3D BOX Light can only be used when the cabinets are in black Luxury Black or Graphite Royal Graphite.

Illuminated Rear Advertising Panel

Additional illuminated advertisement filling the entire rear surface of the flower vending machine. Chosen by customers when the machine is installed as a freestanding unit, and the back of the machine is well visible.

Custom Rear Panel Color (also with print)

If the back of the flower vending machine is visible and the above option of illuminated rear advertising panel from point 27 is not chosen, the standard rear/back color of the machine is always black. If this color should be different, e.g., in the color of the machine’s graphics, you need to choose this option. It should be noted that the back will then be in a uniform chosen color. If a print must be included on the back, you need to choose the above option from point 27.

Double-Sided Glass – Bouquets Visible from Both Sides

This option ensures the visibility of bouquets from both sides of the flower vending machine, both standardly from the front and additionally from the back, from the rear side. When choosing this option, we recommend that the machine be placed in a shaded area to maintain optimal flower hibernation temperature.

Custom Door Frames

Standardly, door frames are black. With this choice, you can decide on any color of the frames, e.g., in the color of the machine’s graphic design.

Door Styling

This option allows for the placement of additional stylistic or graphic forms on the large glass doors of the flower vending machine. This allows for changing the optical impression of the door shape.

CITY Styling (Londoner, Berliner, Lisbone, and others)

Ensures a complete change in the appearance of the flower vending machine adapted to the architectural surroundings, e.g., a specific city or adapted to the customer’s favorite style. In addition to the developed ready-made styles: Parisien, Londoner, Berliner, Mardileno, Prazsky, Lisboeta, or Warszawski, we are ready to develop a dedicated new style for you.

SUN PROTECT Package (only in case of full sun exposure)

Special additional UV filters installed invisibly in the glass of the flower vending machine. Their task is to limit the penetration of UV rays with a wavelength of 10nm to 400nm by 50%. The mentioned waves can be harmful to cut-live flowers. Thus, the flower vending machine can be placed in a location with high sun exposure on the device’s glass, and the package will fully protect the flowers from the adverse effects of UV rays.

Monitoring GEN.2 (DVR + 2x IP camera FHD+online)

Monitoring (camera system) with additional security of recordings, online viewing and history from anywhere in the world. The recordings are protected because they are stored in the DVR with a hard drive ‘under lock and key’ and the memory is not directly in the camera. It is also possible to save recordings to the data cloud. The two very high resolution Full HD cameras protect each other, which increases the security of the system itself. The solution also includes an intelligent system for recording the events themselves as well as distinguishing between people, cars and animals. Surveillance is an important option that dramatically reduces the risk of intrusion and damage to the device by third parties.

Monitoring GEN.2 (DVR + 1x IP camera FHD+online)

Identical system to the one described above in para. 34 but with one camera. We recommend that you consider firstly point. 34 (system with two cameras) as the price difference is not large, yet the option with two cameras will provide far better protection.

F360 System – rotating shelf

A rotating platter in the chosen cabinet(s). Ensures that the bouquet will rotate which will attract the attention of passers-by. The speed of rotation of the shelf is adjustable.

VISIBILITY PRO System – top shelves KM.3 to better display bouquets

An interesting system whose design of special shelves tilts bouquets at an angle to better display the flower crown. It is dedicated to so-called ‘flower reservoirs’ with water. This solution is mainly recommended for upper cabinets, but its suitability will also depend on the style of bouquet arrangement. This system also allows the angle of inclination to be adjusted. If you do not opt for this option, each shelf has a different holder as standard for ‘pot vases’, which can also be placed on the shelves but at a fixed angle.

FRAMELESS VISION System – frameless glass doors

A system of frameless glass doors that increases the visibility of cabinet interiors by up to 100%. They further testify to the PREMIUM solutions in the unit itself, which ultimately translates into building confidence in the very bouquets offered at BouquetMat.

BOXCO System – shelving connection system

One of the many solutions protected by the Patent Office allowing the height of the cabinets to be increased at any time of use. No specialist service is needed to modify the height of the cabinets, and the operation itself is carried out by the owner of BouquetMat and takes about 30 seconds. This option consists in joining cabinets together vertically increasing their size and is useful when we currently need to place a larger bouquet.

Electricity sub-meter

Certified sub-meter installed in the unit. This is chosen by customers in situations where the landlord bills their electricity consumption to you based on the readings from the sub-meter. Alternatively, you can agree with the landlord on a flat-rate billing arrangement, in which case an electricity sub-meter is not necessary.

Single rose feeder

Another patent-protected revolution in BouquetMat which consists in the possibility of selling single Flowers. The feeder occupies one cabinet (77 cm high cabinet models) and has a storage space for 10 single flowers e.g. roses. An interesting solution if we want to enrich the offer with cheaper products e.g. for young people.

TWO SHIFTS TECHNOLOGY awning

Specially designed shade awning for the Flower Shop. Used for a better impression of the customer buying Flowers that ‘bouquets stand in the shade’ which builds more confidence in the product. Recommended only in strong sun exposure. It is a special year-round design that does not need to be taken down or folded for the winter. It is designed to withstand the strongest gusts of wind or lingering snow. Please note that it cannot be used over a cycle or scooter path due to its height. An awning can additionally affect the lower power consumption, but is not required for the Flower Maker to work properly in a sunny location. Without an awning, even in the harshest sunlight conditions, the BouquetMat will always maintain the set temperature.

Microbiological safety system

In addition to the effective anti-fungal ventilation system used by default in every BouquetMat, the unit can additionally be equipped with DAS System technology. This is our proprietary solution, which prevents the formation of mould on the flowers, destroys any bacteria and prevents the transmission of diseases between flowers.  As a result, constant microbiological purity is ensured inside the unit (including microbiology, VOCs). Effectiveness is scientifically proven: studies, including independent ones, confirm the high efficiency: elimination of up to 99.99% of pathogens from air and surfaces. It actively reduces ethylene gas (a major factor in flower ageing), replicating natural, ecological purification processes.

Additional advertising monitor FHD evolution

This solution is used to permanently display content, advertising messages to customers (including films, presentations). This allows you to tell the customer a story right next to the BouquetMat. This is a good way of educating the customer or showing him ‘in what a kraft way and with passion’ the bouquets are prepared for the BouquetMat. On the technical side, it is an additional 11-inch monitor placed in a special enclosure above the monitor for the BouquetMat service. It is resistant to all weather conditions and can operate all year round at temperatures of -25 +40 degrees C. It has a built-in player for files, videos in the most popular formats.

Cash payment system

Allows you to pay in cash at BouquetMat. The machine then accepts banknotes and dispenses change in coins. When considering this option, it is important to bear in mind that this is an outdoor machine (there is money in it) so it will be vulnerable to break-in attempts. In addition, the vending machine must be replenished with coins to dispense change.

GUARD CONNECT function

Our other proprietary system, which consists of remote monitoring of the correct operation of the BouquetMat by our technical department. Thanks to a permanent Internet connection, our specialists monitor the correct operation of the device on an ongoing basis between 7:00 and 21:00. We are then the first to react and the BouquetMat 24 EA application informs you of any difficulties encountered (e.g. problems with the terminal, temperature, internet, power supply). Thus, you can rest easy and focus on your own creative activities.

Bouquet reservation system

A well-known and well-liked innovation introduced by us since the very first BouquetMat which consists in booking bouquets for a specific customer. A client orders a specific bouquet in your florist, you place it in BouquetMat, send a collection code to the client and the client collects it at a convenient moment, just like in a parcel machine. If the customer has already paid for the order, all he has to do is enter the collection code and the machine will give it to him immediately. On the other hand, if the order has not been paid for in advance, BouquetMat first asks the customer to pay for the order at the payment terminal and only then issues the bouquet.

Countdown timer of bouquets in boxes

Also one of the first innovations we introduced, which consists in the possibility of monitoring how many hours a given bouquet has already been in the cabinet. This data is presented on the BouquetMat display, where after logging in only you can see it and the customer is not provided with this information. In the case of having BouquetMat 24 EA application, this information is also visible in the application itself.

Automatic markdown system

Another proprietary system that allows for automatic markdown of bouquets after a time specified by you. You can set an individual time for specific bouquets

Discount code system

A very desirable system when organizing various types of promotions for purchases in BouquetMats. You can set any number of discount codes (one-time, multiple, time-limited, unlimited). Any discount values ​​can be set for any discount code you set. Thanks to this tool, you can promote purchases in BouquetMat by handing out occasional discount codes, organizing competitions or periodic promotions. Some customers use this tool as a partnership with a selected group of customers, e.g. employees of the Shopping Center where we rent space for Kwiatomat on preferential terms.

Payment terminal

A payment terminal is necessary for the BouquetMat to function. We have the widest range of payment operators on the market, so you do not have one imposed operator. It is important to be able to match the right operator to your preferences. After selection, you must sign an agreement on the provision of cashless payment services, and the device (terminal) itself is installed and configured in our factory. As a result, you can start selling immediately after installing the BouquetMat. All terminals we support support BLIK, VISA, MASTERCARD, GooglePay, AndroidPay payments (i.e. all cashless forms available on the market)

iOS, Android application in the Standard version

The first on the market, proprietary application created by us for monitoring and operating the BouquetMat. Installed directly on a mobile phone (also more than one) with iOS and Android systems. Thanks to this application, you have a very convenient, clear, graphical overview of which bouquets have been sold, in which cabinets we have available, at what price. The application sends notifications about each sale in the form of a “push” message and e-mail. An additional built-in BouquetMat refill assistant tells us when to go to BouquetMat. In addition to current data, the application also provides us with historical sales statistics and monitors the status of the device itself, its technical condition.

iOS, Android application in the ADVANCE version

The above application from point 56, however in the higher ADVANCE version. It also allows remote control of BouquetMat: – remote change of prices, cabinet statuses, assigning collection codes, presentation of photos of bouquets that are currently in BouquetMat. The application allows control of a larger number of owned BouquetMats and by a larger number of users. Additionally, with the GUARD CONNECT function selected, point 48, the application monitors the correct operation of the terminal and the temperature in BouquetMat cabinets. The ADVANCE version is required to operate the e-commerce system, i.e. “BouquetMat’s own online store”

Notifications about status, condition and sales sent via SMS

Notifications sent by BouquetMat in the form of SMS about each sale and the state of the number of bouquets in BouquetMat. This is an alternative option to the application, but much less advanced.

Additional stabilizing feet (only in the case of unstable ground)

Special feet/runners mounted to the BouquetMat used only when it is not possible to permanently anchor the device to the ground or wall. This solution increases the base area, thanks to which the machine is stable even in the strongest gusts of wind. Installation takes place in a situation where the terrain (ground or wall – interchangeably) are not sufficiently adapted to the installation of the BouquetMat
