Presentation of BouquetMat at the Flower Circus show in Prague
It was an interesting new experience to present our BouquetMats to florists of the Czech Republic. The opportunity to do so was the Flower Circus show organised at Van VLIET Praha. We literally had 15 minutes to talk about the business potential of the machine on stage, based on our experience last year in Poland.
In total, it is 250 km to Prague from Boleslawiec, so we felt like good neighbours there. We were received superbly and the Květomat attracted a lot of interest. Last year we installed more than 120 Kwiatomats in Poland… how many will we install in the Czech Republic this year? We are very curious ro learn about that ourselves.
FLOWER CIRCUS, the world-famous floral show, visited Prague. The show, hosted by experts from different segments of the floral industry, aimed to educate and entertain. The event was organised by Dutch wholesaler Van Vliet and opened by the director of the Prague branch, Kevin Van Vliet.
The first lecture was on the use of Social Media Marketing (SMM) in the floral industry. Later, Andrzej Dąbrowski, owner of a flower shop in Bolesławiec, talked about selling bouquets with the support of his Kwiatomat. More than 120 have already been installed in Poland during 2023, and 150 new bouquet vending machines are planned for the next year.
The highlight of the programme was a demonstration by Stefan Var Berlo, winner of the 2010 Belgian Florist Championships. His arrangements of exotic flowers delighted the audience. In the final part of the programme, participants could take part in quizzes and win prizes.
Kevin van Vliet, thank you for the invitation and this great event. Your role as an interpreter will be unforgettable. It was confirmed that Polish and Czech are both similar and very different. In their language, stale means fresh and applause means questions 🤣.

We accepted the invitation a few days before Christmas and had planned to visit the show with catalogues, and we managed to present the latest model of the BouquetMat.
